iPod Nano Me

For a few weeks now, I have been trying to connect my ipod nano 4GB to my computer but so far, it has never showed up on itunes. I have tried multiple things like:

Resetting my ipod
Putting my ipod in disk mode
Installing the latest version of Itunes, etc.

I have Windows Vista
My ipod works fine when it’s not connected to the computer but, i cant do anything with the connector. Like charging it or updating it.

Well i’m just wondering about this. I’ve read about this on some ipod’s when you charge it and it show’s the fully charged sign that if you leave it in past that it could over charge and harm your battery life. Is that true or do the new iPod’s have something that stop that from happening and completely shut off power supply when fully charged. I read that your suppose to drain it all the way then charge it till it’s full then unplug it right away. I just don’t want to ruin my new iPod.

I just got the cute little thing, and I love the camera it has on it-
But, I have no idea how to get them onto my PC. All the programs I’ve tried wouldn’t take it. ._. Help please?

My wife lent this out to her friend to upload her music. When we got it back, she said she couldn’t add any more tunes because it was full. When we bought it we were under the impression that we could fit thousands.

I am looking for a service where I pay a monthly fee and get as many music downloads as I want every month. I would like to put these songs on my iPod nano. Is there a service like this where I can put the songs in iTunes and on my iPod? Do you just need to convert the files? Don’t tell me lime wire, I want something legal. Thanks in advance!

my ipod works fine when i play it in my car or ihome but i went to connect it to my computer and it keeps connecting and disconnecting really fast and sometimes itunes will say my ipod is corrupted!!! i tried holding the middle and top button on the ipod to restart the ipod but that doesnt work.. does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Like i tried it and it had no grip. The features were cool but I dont think its worth it because its so hard to use but what it your opinion? I feel like the Classic is a really iPod and more comfortable to use. is the Nano worth the camera?

i plugged my nano 4th gen. into my computer and then it froze with the connected (eject before disconnecting) screen on it. this screen is frozen on here even though the ipod is no longer connected. it wont reset. help!
